faith. healing. community. culture.
God Be With You (GBWY) creates inclusive, faith-centered spaces that inspire healing, reflection, and connection. We serve peopleβespecially Black and Brown communitiesβby bridging spirituality, creativity, and mental wellness. Our goal is to help you reclaim agency, heal in faith, and break generational burdens of silence.
We gather because you deserve a space that honors every part of you β your faith, your healing, your creativity, and your growth. GBWY is where culture and Christ meet, and where healing finally feels like home.
You just met your new bestie!
Founded by therapist and creative Zianne, GBWY was born from her calling to make faith and healing feel accessible, relevant, and real. As a therapist serving Black and Brown women navigating the aftermath of abuse, Zianne saw how silence, shame, and spiritual disconnection often kept people from healing. GBWY is her responseβa movement that merges therapy, faith, and creativity to help people break generational cycles, rediscover their voice, and walk in wholeness

Summer is winding down, so let's slow down together. Join us for a cozy afternoon in Prospect Park as we gather to read in community. We'll spend most of our time quietly reading, then take a break halfway through to chat about what we're reading, share recommendations, and connect before settling back into our books.
Bring your own:
π Book
π§Ί Blanket

Come for the whole time or drop in whenever you can. Whether you're halfway through a novel, starting something new, or finally finishing the book that's been sitting on your nightstand, we'd love to read alongside you. No assigned reading. No pressure to finish a certain number of pages. Just a peaceful afternoon of books, conversation, and community.
Date: August 29th
